Applicants describes plans to add a built in swimming pool. The Applicant seeks set back relief of 3 ft on one side. They already have a 7 ft set back but, a 10ft set back is needed.
The Board asked the Applicant why they should grant them relief. The Applicant stated that they would have more privacy and that is where her children play. And the side plot is sloped.
The Board asked why couldn’t they move it 3 ft closer to the house. The Applicant stated that legally it has to be 10 ft away from the house. The deck is 10 ft. away from the pool.
Ron Howard, neighbor Stating he has no objection to the pool in the back yard but, would object to it being on the side.
The Board is requesting a new plot plan in order to see the set backs before the grant any relief.

Mauyra Sullivan, Attorney representing Omnipoint Holdings, Inc. (T Mobile) explained the plans to add two antennas to the existing 140 ft mono pole. The first antenna is at 117ft and the top antenna will be at 120ft and fully enclosed within the existing pole. Their equipment will be at the base of the tower within the existing stockade.fence compound. There are no propane tanks or generators of any kind. All the equipment is battery operated back up.

Joe Kent’s letter dated 12/16/06 read. Stating that the setback requirement for this zoning district is still the design standard of the Single Residence B Zone, a standard that requires 30 ft. front and 20 ft side and rear yard setbacks from property lines.
Mr. Lisle provided many letters from his neighbors approving the proposed garage/addition designs.
Applicant is seeking a 1 ft. setback relief on the sideline were he had 18.7ft and 19 ft. is needed. Applicant provided a decision that was precisely granted by this Board in 2001 with similar plans on Foxfire Dr.
A revised plot plan was provided.
